He is the winner of 3 David di Donatello awards. He is perhaps best known to worldwide audiences for Pinocch...io (2022) on Disney + where he played Stromboli. His most notable films are Perfect Strangers (2016), Bread & Tulips (2000), La Passione (2010). Giuseppe made his directorial debit with Io Vivo Altrove! (2023)
