He is best known for his appearances with Extreme Championship Wrestling from 1995 to 1998 and in 2000 and with the World Wrestling Federation/World Wrestling Entertainment from 1998 ...to 2000 and in 2005. His ring name is a reference to the "Blue Meanies", creatures from the 1968 animated film Yellow Submarine.
